Responsibilities to include :
•     Ensure all departmental and companywide processes and procedures are followed in
accordance with ISO documentation.
•    Completes repair activity in a timely and accurate manner, follow guidelines to repair & ship products
•    Understand and utilize the ERP system for order maintenance, problem solving and
information extraction.
•    Maintains current PWI (Product Work Instructions) and performs repair / upgrade
functions at a system level.
•    Maintains current PWI (Product Work Instructions) and schematics to perform repair and upgrade functions.
•    Maintain accurate data in the ERP system for customer, quality, and inventory management purposes.

Requirements include:
•    AS degree in Electronics or Computer Science or military/professional equivalent
experience.
•     5 + years related system level repair experience.
•    Must have demonstrated ability to build, test, and repair electronic components and peripherals
•    Strong familiarity with OS - Windows Server, Windows OS, Linux distributions.
•    Detail-oriented and the ability to multi-task.
•    Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities
with enthusiasm
•    Participation in our Drug & Alcohol Abate program is required (unless specified by
management)
•    Occasional travel
