Direct Manager: Customer Service Manager / Supervisor

Assemble and test electro-mechanical components and sub-assemblies.

Coordinate and assign daily production tasks to line operators.

Build electro-mechanical units according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Use hand tools effectively, including screwdrivers, wrenches, and related equipment.

Ensure workstations are stocked with necessary tools, consumables, fixtures, and parts, reporting any missing materials to the cell lead.

Identify and remove expired materials or consumables from the line and turn them over to the cell lead.

Perform additional duties as assigned by the cell leader or supervisor.

Follow all safety protocols and immediately report unsafe conditions or hazardous practices to the cell leader.

Maintain a neat, organized workstation following established 5S practices.

Promptly report assembly issues, discrepancies, or SOP quality concerns to cell leaders.

Identify incorrect parts or products and execute proper Material Review Board (MRB) procedures.

Partner with cell leaders and Manufacturing Engineers (MEs) to optimize production quality and efficiency.

Communicate station status and progress to the cell leader at the end of every shift.

Attend all required task, technical, and safety training sessions.

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Prior experience in manufacturing and electro-mechanical assembly.

Proficiency reading, writing, and communicating in English.

Practical skill with basic hand assembly tools.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise technical SOPs.

Communication: Ability to communicate clearly and understandably in a team setting.
