The Opportunity
We're looking for a reliable and detail-focused Office and Facilities Cleaner to join our team in Swanson.
This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys creating clean, safe and welcoming environments. Working independently, you'll be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness across our busy transport depot and office facilities.

About the Role
As our Office and Facilities Cleaner, you'll be responsible for cleaning and maintaining multiple buildings across our Swanson site to ensure they are clean, well-presented and ready for our teams each day.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Cleaning workshop offices
- Cleaning support office and operations office areas
- Maintaining staff lunchrooms and kitchen facilities
- Cleaning toilets and amenities
- Cleaning panel shop offices and facilities
- Vacuuming, mopping and dusting as required
- Replenishing cleaning and hygiene supplies
- Reporting maintenance or health and safety concerns when identified
- Ensuring all areas are maintained to a consistently high standard
Hours of Work
This is a part-time position of approximately 20 hours per week, working Monday to Friday.
Hours are flexible and generally completed between 7:00pm and 11:00pm, however some evenings may require a later finish depending on operational requirements. All cleaning duties must be completed by 1:00am.

- Good communication skills
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Previous commercial cleaning experience (preferred but not essential)
