Evaluate client creditworthiness, monitor account and contract maintenance (restructures, allocations, credit notes), and escalate marginal or delinquent accounts per policy. Clear communication bottlenecks that delay payment by resolving disputes between customers, sales, and billing, and maintain accurate client contact and collection records. Shift (APJ / EMEA / US / Any combination): APJ Reporting Manager : Miguel Educational Background: Degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a relevant professional credit management certification (e.g. AICM Membership preferred). Experience Required: 3+ years of experience in a credit/collections role, with demonstrated ability to problem-solve, strong relationship-building skills, and intermediate MS Office (Excel/Outlook) knowledge. Job Description: Senior Analyst - Credit Controller is responsible for managing the debts of commercial creditors, ensuring timely payments and a healthy cash flow. The role owns the credit granting process, actively reduces Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), minimizes bad debt risk, and swiftly resolves customer queries to ensure optimal collection efficiency.
