Consultant Advanced Analytics Transaction Services (f/m/d)

We are looking for a Consultant Advanced Analytics Transaction Services (f/m/d) to join our Deals division starting at the earliest possible opportunity.

Your responsibilities
Transactions – Together with your team, you will analyse large and complex datasets and identify value-relevant insights for national and international M&A transactions. Analytics – You will develop data-driven analyses at the intersection of Data Science and Financial Due Diligence, enabling informed investment and transaction decisions. Valuation – You will assess business models, financial value drivers and growth opportunities of target companies and translate findings into actionable insights. Visualisation – By building impactful dashboards and reports, you will transform complex data into transparent decision-making tools for clients and project teams. Innovation – You will leverage advanced analytics, AI and automation solutions to improve transaction processes and create measurable value.

Your profile

- A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Business Administration or a related field.
- Initial professional experience in Data Analytics, Data Science, Transaction Services, Financial Due Diligence or a comparable consulting environment.
- Strong skills in Python or R; experience with SQL, BI tools, Alteryx or modern AI applications is an advantage.
- You communicate confidently in English and can therefore collaborate easily in international project teams. German language skills are helpful
- Strong analytical thinking, confident communication and the ability to present complex findings to different stakeholder groups.
