- Datasphere: space creation and management, space quotas, users and scoped roles, connections, DP Agent configuration, monitoring
- SAP Analytics Cloud: tenant administration, teams and roles, content management, system monitoring
- BDC cockpit: formation management, tenant provisioning, consumption monitoring
- BTP cockpit: subaccounts, entitlements, service instances, service keys, trust configuration
Security and identity
- Role collections, scoped roles and the mapping between IdP groups and platform roles
- SAP Cloud Identity Services / Identity Authentication and Identity Provisioning basics
- Technical user and service key lifecycle, including rotation
- Principle-of-least-privilege design for space and tenant roles
Transport and connectivity
- SAP Cloud Transport Management: nodes, routes, transport requests, Content Agent
- Datasphere and SAC content transport mechanics and their known limitations
- SAP Cloud Connector: setup, mapping, certificate handling
- Source system connectivity — S/4HANA, BW, HANA, plus common third-party connections
Operational
- Incident and change management within whatever ITSM the organisation runs
- Runbook authoring and troubleshooting discipline
