Needs Assessment : Collaborate with hiring managers to understand department requirements, job duties, and required qualifications. Sourcing Talent : Design and post job descriptions on job boards, career sites, and professional social media networks. Candidate Screening : Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and evaluate applicant qualifications against role requirements. Interview Coordination : Schedule and manage interviews between candidates and hiring managers, facilitating feedback collection. Offer Management : Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and assist with the onboarding pipeline
