### Role Summary
Seeking an SAP HR-ABAP Consultant with 5+ years of experience in SAP HCM technical development. The consultant will design, develop, enhance, and support HR-related SAP solutions across Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, and Payroll.
### Required Skills (Must Have)
- 5+ years of SAP ABAP development experience
- Minimum 3+ years in SAP HCM/HR ABAP
- Strong expertise in: Personnel Administration (PA)
- Organizational Management (OM)
- Time Management (TM)
- Payroll (PY)
- HR Infotypes and Logical Databases (PNP, PNPCE)
- Reports, ALV, SmartForms, SAP Scripts
- User Exits, BADIs, Enhancements, Implicit/Explicit Enhancements
- BAPIs, RFCs, IDocs
- HR Function Modules and Macros
- Debugging and performance tuning
- Production support and incident resolution

- OData services and Fiori exposure
- S/4HANA ABAP knowledge
