Experience required: 4-6 years
Skills: SAP Work Zone administration and configuration; SAP BTP; Work Zone Manager and Content Manager; UI Integration Cards / custom cards; Workspaces, pages, catalogs, groups, roles, and dynamic user lists; SAP SuccessFactors integration; SAML/OAuth authentication; role-based access and authorization; release impact assessment and regression testing; troubleshooting Work Zone and SuccessFactors integration issues; basic HTML, JavaScript, APIs, and workflow understanding.
Brief Job Description:
- Responsible for supporting, configuring, enhancing, and troubleshooting SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone solutions.
- The role will manage Work Zone pages, cards, content, user access, dynamic user lists, integrations, and release-related changes.
- Candidate should be able to work with business and technical teams to translate requirements into Work Zone configurations, support custom UI integration cards, validate SuccessFactors dependencies, perform impact assessments, execute testing, resolve defects, document configuration changes, and ensure stable delivery of Work Zone functionality across environments.
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in SAP SuccessFactors / SAP Work Zone / SAP BTP implementation, configuration, support, or administration.
