Looking for sr.consultant in SAP Travel Managment Consultant with minimum 7-10 years of experience
1. Travel Planning
• Employees can create a travel request, specifying the details of their travel request and class of travel, including the destination, purpose, and duration of the trip including dependencies. • The system can support approval workflows, where travel requests are reviewed and approved by managers or relevant authorities.
2. Travel Booking
• Integration with various external systems and platforms (e.g., airlines) allows employees to send flights details directly from the SAP system to travel agency and administrators.
The system may also allow for cost comparisons, approval of bookings, and the management of itineraries.
3. Travel Expense Management
• Employees can submit their travel expenses once the trip is completed. This includes meals, transportation, accommodation, and other incidental expenses. • The system supports compliance with company policies by enforcing limits and rules on what is reimbursable. • Automatic validation and categorization of expenses are available for easy processing.
4. Reporting and Analytics
• SAP provides various reporting tools to monitor travel trip details and expenses, analyze trends, and provide insights into travel costs for budgeting or cost optimization. • Custom reports can be generated based on specific parameters like travel destination, employee, or department.
5. Integration with Other SAP Modules
• SAP Travel Management integrates with other SAP modules, such as SAP Financial Accounting (FI), SAP Success Factor (EC), allowing for seamless data flow between systems. • It also integrates with external systems (like global distribution systems for travel booking) and third-party travel agencies.
