NOC Supervisor, Charging (overnight shift)

The Network Operations Center Supervisor, Charging (Overnight shift), based at Gigafactory New York in Buffalo, NY, is responsible for overnight network management & optimization for real-time autonomous vehicle charging, the window when Robotaxi charging demand is highest. The role provides guidance & oversight for the 24/7 Charging Network Operations Center team and is responsible for driving the decisions that keep charging seamless for Robotaxis.

- Supervise the overnight team, driving a reliable, first-class customer experience through monitoring, issue management, and continuous problem solving while owning core KPIs and SLA compliance for the shift
- Direct real-time incident response, coordinate escalations, and provide leadership updates to the Charging NOC Lead and stakeholder teams
- Focus the overnight shift on autonomous vehicle charging performance, and push processes and tooling that improve monitoring efficiency, detection speed, and resolution
- Coordinate with internal partners, including Energy Service, Charging Asset Management, and Engineering, so overnight charging issues are owned through to resolution
- Guide the overnight team on diagnostics, escalation judgment, and adherence to standard

- Able to work overnight, including weekends and holidays
- Previous experience in a lead role focused on customer service, fleet management, or 24/7 operations
- Experience building and supporting agentic solutions is a plus
- Clear communication, able to relay information to the Charging NOC Lead and internal partners in a timely manner
- Strong organizational skills, multi-tasking ability, and attention to detail, with an eye for efficiency and adherence to standards
- A focused approach to the work, with a flexible attitude toward critical tasks

Expected Compensation
- Technical Construction Project Manager - $97,200 - $145,800/annual salary
- Sr Technical Construction Project Manager - $126,000 - $189,000/annual salary
- Staff Technical Construction Project Manager - $144,000 - $216,000/annual salary
+ cash and stock awards + benefits for all levels
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
