About the role

As an Assistant Manager – PMO, you will support the planning, execution, and governance of DISCO initiatives by enabling effective coordination, tracking, and stakeholder management. The role focuses on budgeting and administration, project tracking, internal and external collaboration, and driving cultural and outreach initiatives to ensure smooth operations and measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support budgeting, expenses, approvals, contracts, and administrative processes for DISCO.

2. Coordinate with functional heads and teams to drive smooth execution of initiatives.

3. Manage calendars, meetings, and internal/external collaborations.

4. Drive cultural initiatives, ideation sessions, and team engagement activities.

5. Support ecosystem outreach with industries, organizations, and universities.

6. Manage social media, PR, awards, and external communications.

7. Track projects, timelines, and deliverables, sharing regular updates.

8. Prepare presentations, reports, and leadership updates.

9. Measure impact and strategic value of DISCO initiatives.

10. Maintain documentation and knowledge repositories.

Who are we looking for?

Education:

· Bachelor’s degree in Design (preferred) or in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Communications, or a related discipline.

Experience:

· Upto 4 years of experience in PMO, program management, operations, or a similar coordination-focused role.

Skills:

· Strong project coordination, planning, and tracking skills.

· Good understanding of budgeting, expense management, and administrative processes

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong presentation, documentation, and reporting capabilities.

· Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset
