About this role
Skillset Required:
- Hands on experience with Forcepoint Proxy (Web Security Gateway) and Forcepoint DLP
- DLP agent deployment & troubleshooting
- Lead configuration, policy tuning, and operational support for Forcepoint DLP platforms.
- Act as the SME for DLP platforms, managing deployment, upgrades, and integration challenges.
- Ensure effective, timely, and consistent DLP event triage, analysis, and incident response.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for critical DLP incidents and lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Develop automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, or Bash to enhance workflows and reduce false positives.
- Ensure DLP policies align with regulations including GDPR, HIPAA, FFIEC, CCPA, and security standards like NIST.
- Monitor operational KPIs, continuously assess control effectiveness, and deliver executive-level summaries and dashboards.
- Troubleshooting Proxy and DLP related issues.
Qualification:
- BE / BTech / MCA
### Certification:
- Forcepoint DLP Certification is mandatory.
