Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

- Transmission Aggregate assembly / Testing of tractor

- Transmission assembly process and functional testing knowledge is essential.

- Transmission types and field application gear /speed knowledge is essential.

- Hands on experience assembly practices of transmission manufacturing and quality setting parameters.

- Ensure quality of aggregates through Product & Process audits.

- Experience in Quality assurance function in assembly plant transmission assembly.

- Handling overall Product audit and Process audit on assembly line.

- Knowledge of quality tools like 7 QC, Why Why analysis.

- Analysing customer complaints, Assembly line rejection, Supplier parts analysis and taking corrective actions, Standardizing all the Quality Procedure.

- Continuous process improvements (KAIZENS) to achieve consistent product quality.

- Implementation of POKA-YOKES to eliminate human error.

- Monitoring and ensuring adherence to processes with SOP/SOS by periodic process audit, SPC and MSA studies.

- Responsible for Engineering Change Management Process,

- Smooth launch of new model / new variants.
