YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a Senior HR Partner to take on a generalist HR partnering role. The ideal candidate will bring solid HR expertise, a hands-on approach, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-scope environment spanning the South EMEA cluster, including Tunisia, Egypt, and Turkey.

- Act as the main HR point of contact for managers and employees on the south cluster of EMEA, providing day-to-day HR guidance and support
- Manage the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, integration, performance management, and offboarding
- Support and coach managers on employee relations matters, ensuring a consistent and fair approach
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and contribute to action plans following engagement surveys
- Ensure HR policies and local labor law compliance
- Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition for Tunisia, Egypt and Turkey-based roles, and support Campus sourcing across the EMEA region
- Serve as the local L&D point of contact, monitoring mandatory training completion and supporting the rollout of local learning initiatives

Experience & Background

- Master’s degree in human resources, Organizational Psychology, or equivalent
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with a strong emphasis on HR Business Partnering
- Demonstrate experience in employee relations, performance management.
- Exposure to talent acquisition, ideally across both local and international scopes
- Experience in an international or matrix organization is a strong plus

Skills & Competencies

- Fluent in both English and French, with the ability to communicate effectively in multicultural and international environments.
- Strong interpersonal, influencing, and advisory skills, capable of building trusted relationships with managers, employees, and stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Solid understanding of HR policies, processes, and best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and effectively balance strategic initiatives with day-to-day operational requirements.
- Proficient in HRIS platforms and comfortable working within digital HR ecosystems.
