YOUR ROLE

You take part in creating an experienced team in semicondactor quality to drive strategy approach on key customer topics and future product developments.

- To support the Quality Assurance and Reliability activities focused on new business, related to SiC
- To ensure that the quality and reliability of delivered products satisfy the customer requirements and the most stringent international standars
- To drive quality activities to continuously improve product Quality and Reliability robustness,
- To drive Problem solving activity and Improvement Plans, defining strategy
- To manage internal and external Risk assessments and Customer crises.
- To support new product launch in production with cross fertilization of best quality practices
- To cohordinate the assessement of SiC Products Robustness versus Customer mission profile

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

- Master's degree in engineering, physics, sciences or similar
- Technical knowledge of physics and semiconductor electronics
- Flexibility, team-work, problem solving, innovation
- Experience in Front End, Back End and/or Chip Package Integration quality with focus on reliability and relevant failure modes
- Experience in Quality and Reliability of WBG material
- English business proficiency

The expected salary range for this position is €53.000 - €63.000 gross annual salary (RAL), plus variable pay relevant for the role.

In accordance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive and applicable Italian legislation, this compensation range has been determined based on objective, gender-neutral criteria, including job responsibilities, required skills, relevant experience, qualifications, and market benchmarks. Placement within the range will depend on the candidate’s profile and demonstrated competencies. The final offer will be made in compliance with the applicable National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL), where relevant, and our internal compensation policies.
