About FundSettle
FundSettle provides a single point of access to a broad range of investment funds through an extensive network of transfer agents. The Client Service team supports clients throughout their service journey and works closely with Operations, Commercial and Product teams.
Key responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day client enquiries relating to FundSettle services in a timely, accurate and professional manner.
- Take ownership of assigned cases from receipt through resolution, providing clear progress updates and maintaining complete records.
- Investigate operational issues and coordinate with relevant Operations, Product, Commercial and support teams to achieve effective resolution.
- Identify urgent, high-impact or complex matters and escalate them promptly to the appropriate senior colleague or team leader.
- Support client onboarding, account or service changes, implementation activities and service reviews by coordinating required information and follow-up actions.
- Apply established procedures, risk controls and data-handling requirements; raise control concerns or exceptions as appropriate.
- Contribute to incident handling, contingency arrangements and follow-up actions when service disruptions affect clients.
- Build constructive working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders across locations and functions.
- Identify recurring themes and improvement opportunities, and participate in initiatives that enhance efficiency, quality and client experience.
- Maintain current knowledge of FundSettle services, operational processes and relevant market or regulatory developments.
- Share knowledge with colleagues and support a collaborative, inclusive and client-focused team culture.
Your Profile
- University degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant discipline.
- Fluency in Korean and English (written and spoken) is mandatory, plus another Asian language is an advantage.
- Relevant experience in client service, operations or a related function within financial services; exposure to asset management, custody, securities services or investment funds is an advantage.
- Strong client-service mindset with the ability to take ownership, manage priorities and follow through on commitments.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess information, identify issues and recommend practical next steps.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work confidently with clients and diverse internal stakeholders.
- Accuracy, attention to detail and a sound awareness of operational risk and controls.
- Ability to work independently within defined responsibilities while collaborating effectively as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a changing environment and contributing to continuous improvement.
