役割

HPEソリューションの市場浸透とパートナーの技術力向上を推進する技術プリセールス職です。HPEの戦略をTD SYNNEXのGoGlobal戦略に基づき、パートナー・販売代理店・各国チームで再現可能な技術活動へ落とし込みます。技術支援、ソリューション設計、デモ、POC（概念実証）、認定取得支援を通じて、パートナーの技術成熟度向上と商談創出を支援します。担当領域はNetworking（Datacenter NetworkingまたはCampus ＆ Branch領域）を想定しています。

職務要件

1. 技術プリセールス・ソリューションアーキテクチャ

- パートナーやリセラーとの技術ヒアリングの実施
- 顧客要件、技術課題、導入障壁の分析
- HPEソリューションのアーキテクチャ設計
- 商談の技術評価・提案支援
- 提案書作成、アーキテクチャレビュー、アカウント戦略への技術支援
- 技術的価値をビジネス成果につなげて説明

2. デモ・POC活動によるパートナー支援

- HPE製品デモの企画・構築・実施
- デモ環境や検証ラボ環境の整備
- POCの計画、実行支援、技術検証
- デモ／POC結果のドキュメント化
- HPE、COE、Cloud Lab、各国技術チームとの連携

3. 技術トレーニング・認定資格支援

- パートナー向け技術育成計画の策定
- 技術セミナー、ワークショップ、ブートキャンプの実施
- 認定資格取得支援
- 学習進捗、認定状況、評価結果の管理
- HPEの技術コミュニティやイネーブルメント資産活用

4. HPE向けTD Synnex グローバル戦略（TD GoGlobal）の推進

- TD GoGlobal施策を技術プレイブック化
- 各国で再利用可能な技術資産の展開
- 地域・グローバルチームとの連携
- KPIおよび活動実績のレポーティング

5. パートナー活性化・クロスセル推進

- 新規・休眠パートナーの技術オンボーディング
- パートナーの技術成熟度評価
- 新しいHPE領域への展開支援
- 営業・マーケティングとの協業
- パートナー成長ダッシュボード管理

6. 導入後支援

- 導入・運用に関する技術知識の移管
- トラブルシューティング支援
- HPEや社内技術部門とのエスカレーション管理
- ベストプラクティス蓄積と再利用促進

7. ガバナンス・KPI管理

- 技術活動の記録・管理
- CRM更新およびレポート作成
- HPEとの定期レビュー実施
- KPIおよび成果指標の可視化
- RFI対応および投資対効果の説明支援

応募要件

必須要件

学歴・資格

- 情報技術、コンピュータサイエンス、工学系の学位、または同等の実務経験
- HPE認定資格取得済み、または取得に向けて積極的に取り組めること

経験

- ネットワーク領域における技術プリセールス、ソリューションアーキテクト、システムエンジニア、技術コンサルティング等の経験（目安5年以上）
- 顧客またはパートナー向けデモ、POC、技術トレーニングの経験
- パートナー・チャネルビジネス環境での業務経験
- 技術活動を商談創出やソリューション採用につなげた経験

技術スキル

- ソリューションアーキテクチャ設計
- 技術要件ヒアリングと課題分析
- デモ・POC実行経験
- 技術トレーニング実施能力
