Job Summary
As a Senior Technical Account Manager, you will serve as a trusted customer advocate and technical advisor. You will understand customer business requirements, translate them into integrated technology and process solutions, and guide customers through cloud adoption and transformation.
You will provide leadership across the solution lifecycle, coordinate cross-functional teams, and help customers deploy and optimize Oracle Cloud workloads. This role combines technical depth, customer relationship management, and program delivery expertise to drive successful customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with customers to understand business goals, technical requirements, challenges, and desired outcomes, then translate them into practical solution designs.
- Conduct fit-gap assessments and develop roadmaps for transitioning, implementing, and optimizing customer solutions.
- Define and align the functional and technical vision for program solutions with customer and internal stakeholders.
- Lead end-to-end delivery across requirements intake, solution design, build, testing, deployment, and go-live activities.
- Guide deployment of customer workloads to Oracle Cloud, support cloud-adoption models, and recommend actions to overcome delivery blockers.
- Align customer solutions with Oracle product roadmaps, release cycles, business enhancements, and production break-fix requirements.
- Collaborate with portfolio management and cross-functional teams, including business analysts, integration specialists, quality assurance, development, support, services, and third-party partners.
- Communicate technical concepts, solution options, risks, and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Support strategic planning, program direction, customer satisfaction, and successful delivery of IT solutions within agreed timelines and budgets.
