Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment across construction industry based roles, while supporting key HR operations and onboarding activities. The role will work closely with project teams to meet manpower requirements and ensure timely hiring and employee mobilisation.

Requirements

- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination.
- Recruit for engineering, construction management, MEP, commercial, planning, and site supervision roles, as well as skilled and unskilled workers.
- Work closely with department heads and project managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, recruitment agencies, referrals, and industry networks.
- Assess candidates’ qualifications, project experience, suitability, salary expectations, and availability.
- Maintain candidate pipelines, accurate recruitment records, and regular hiring progress reports.
- Maintain employee onboarding, joining formalities, induction, and probation follow-up.
- Coordinate with the PRO on visa, work permit, and employee documentation requirements.
- Support maintaining employee records, personnel files, and HR system data.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on recruitment.
- Proficiency working on HRMS tools, platforms and ATS
- Knowledge of construction roles, project structures, and manpower requirements.
- Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet project hiring timelines.
- Practical experience supporting HR operations for office and site-based employees.
- Good understanding of UAE Labour Law and employment procedures.
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, communication, and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in HR systems, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Excel.
- UAE construction industry experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
