Finishing Foreman

We are looking for an experienced Finishing Foreman to supervise finishing works on our construction projects and ensure quality, timely completion, and safe execution.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily finishing works, including blockwork, plastering, tiling, ceilings, painting, joinery, and associated fit-out activities.
- Coordinate workers and subcontractors to meet project schedules and quality requirements.
- Read and follow approved drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
- Coordinate with MEP teams to ensure services are completed before closing ceilings, walls, and other finishes.
- Monitor workmanship, identify defects, and manage snagging and rectification works.
- Plan daily manpower, material, and equipment requirements while maintaining site housekeeping and safety.

Requirements:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in finishing works, including experience as a Finishing Foreman.
- Previous UAE experience on high-rise residential or fit-out projects is preferred.
- Good understanding of finishing details, construction drawings, and work sequencing.
- Experienced in MEP Coordination.
- Strong leadership and practical experience supervising workers and subcontractors.
- Ability to communicate effectively with site engineers and site teams.

- Candidates who are immediately available or can join on short notice will be given priority.
