About this role
Manage daily operations of assigned plant section (Mining, Crusher, Raw Mill, Kiln, Cement Mill, Utilities, etc.).
Ensure production targets, quality parameters, and operational KPIs are achieved.
Monitor equipment performance and coordinate preventive maintenance activities.
Implement safety, health, and environmental (SHE) standards.
Lead and develop shift engineers, supervisors, and operators.
Optimize process efficiency, energy consumption, and production costs.
Prepare operational reports and analyze performance trends.
Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with statutory and company policies.
