Lead and oversee all cement production and process operations to achieve planned output and quality targets.
Ensure optimum kiln, raw mill, cement mill, and utility performance with maximum efficiency.
Monitor and improve process parameters, heat consumption, power consumption, and productivity.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant performance and reduce operational costs.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory regulations across all operations.
Coordinate with maintenance, quality, mining, and logistics teams for smooth plant functioning.
Analyze production data and implement corrective actions to improve process stability and reliability.
Lead troubleshooting activities for process abnormalities, bottlenecks, and quality issues.
