Schedule Details/Additional Information:
Graduate degree in health administration or health leadership preferred. Clinical experience preferred. Experience with value-based care models, healthcare policy, and regulatory programs preferred. Experience leading large initiatives in highly matrixed organizations required.
Position requires on-site coordination with multidisciplinary teams in multiple locations, including some varied work times.
Pay Range:
$41.10 - $61.65
Master's degree preferred
Major Responsibilities
- Plan, manages, and monitor projects from concept through implementation. Act as a primary project contact to establish key stakeholder expectations and project objectives.
- Align project goals with organizational objectives and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Ensure all project activities align with relevant healthcare policy, regulations, and standards.
- Monitor the work of third parties, subcontractors, or consultants to ensure quality and conformance to specifications or budget.
- Meet with internal customers of assigned project to provide status updates and reports and gather project related feedback.
- Track costs and performance, service levels and other metrics required to ensure project goals and objectives are met.
Physical Requirements
Each teammate has the responsibility to work in a safe manner. Work requires frequent moving from one area to another, coordinating, and communicating with persons in various disciplines and agencies. Frequent walking and, standing may be required.
Education, Experience and Certifications
Highschool Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's Degree prefered. 5 years' experience in project management or leading multidisciplinary initiatives required.
