We’re looking for an energetic, hands-on Workplace & Wellbeing Coordinator Assistant to join our team in Copenhagen.

- Location: 100% Onsite in Copenhagen (Nørreport)
- Schedule: 30 hours/week across 5 onsite days
- Duration: 6 months (Unpaid internship with full perks: free daily lunch, gym access, Friday bars & events)

💡 About the Role

In this hands-on role, you will work directly alongside our Workplace & Wellbeing Coordinator to keep our workspace running seamlessly while elevating our employee wellbeing initiatives. You'll gain direct exposure to how a large enterprise operates, plans internal events, and manages company culture.

🎯 Core Responsibilities

- Daily Operations: Assist the Workplace & Wellbeing Coordinator ****with facilities, office supplies, and vendor coordination.
- Event Planning: Help organize company celebrations, team socials, and our weekly Friday Bars.
- Guest Hospitality: Act as a welcoming face for visitors and support day-to-day employee needs.
- Workplace Culture: Implement creative ideas to improve the office environment and daily employee experience.
