Through hands-on experience, structured learning, mentorship, and exposure to key stakeholders, you will develop a broad understanding of Finance while strengthening the technical, analytical, and business partnering capabilities needed to contribute to impactful decision-making.

What the Program Looks Like

Over the course of 2 years, you will complete three rotations of approximately eight months each across different Finance disciplines.

Depending on business needs, available opportunities, and individual development objectives, rotations may include areas such as:

- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
- Controllership / Accounting.
- Finance Business Partnering.
- Operations Finance.
- Global Business Services (GBS).
- Other relevant Finance functions.

Each rotational assignment will give you the opportunity to take ownership of meaningful responsibilities, contribute to real business projects, and broaden your understanding of how Finance supports strategic and operational decision-making.

Your Development Journey

This program goes beyond rotational assignments; you will benefit from a structured development experience designed to support your professional and personal growth, including:

- Annual in-person development and training opportunities.
- Ongoing virtual learning sessions and e-learning modules.
- Mentorship and regular feedback throughout the program.

What You Will Do

As a Finance Ascend Program Associate, you will:

- Successfully complete three rotational assignments across Finance.
- Contribute to meaningful projects and business priorities within each rotation.
- Analyse financial and business information to support effective decision-making.
- Build strong relationships with finance colleagues and cross-functional business partners.
- Apply analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to real business challenges.
- Adapt quickly to different teams, responsibilities, and business environments.
- Take ownership of your professional development and actively seek feedback.

What You Bring

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Previous professional experience is not required. Internships or other relevant practical experience will be considered an advantage.
- Strong academic foundation and interest in Finance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Interest in building a long-term career in Finance or GBS.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Availability to start the program towards the end of 2026 or in early January 2027.
