We are in search of a dedicated professional to handle a diverse range of home remodeling and repair tasks, warranty repairs, plus confidently execute small projects independently.

The ideal candidate for this position is a versatile "jack of all trades" with experience in residential maintenance, remodeling, and basic electrical and plumbing repairs. We seek someone who thrives on the variety of tasks in their work-life and welcomes the challenges of the remodeling industry.

Job Duties:

- General maintenance and handyman repair tasks

- Warranty and/or punch-out items for design-build projects.

- Demolition

- Drywall patching, repair, and painting

- Millwork and trim

- Door & window installations and repairs

- Investigation and repair of leaks

- Small-scale remodeling projects

- Adjustments to doors and cabinetry

- Bathroom grouting and caulking

- Basic electrical work

- Basic plumbing services

- Tile and grout repair

- Partial kitchen and bathroom remodels

- Ensuring efficient use of materials and maintaining an adequate stock of necessary equipment

Requirements:

- Demonstrated expertise in home maintenance and remodeling

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

- Complete set of tools for the job

- Effective communication skills with clients

- Capability to handle paperwork, invoices, and collect payments

- Proficiency in English is crucial for maintaining a secure construction working environment and facilitating effective client communication.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm

Compensation & Benefits:

- Competitive hourly rate: $32-$38
