Shift: 1:30 PM-10:00 PM

Hourly Rate: $0.00 an hour + $$1.50 shift differential

A Taste of Your Responsibilities

- Monitor the flow of products on an average waist-high conveyor while stacking products in the correct quantities for further processing in the wrapping machine.
- Monitor and adjust wrapping machine speed to ensure efficient production and continuous product flow.
- Operate and maintain centerline settings to ensure product quality, efficiency, and production standards are met.
- Troubleshoot wrapping machinery and production equipment to minimize downtime and support continuous operations.
- Remove defective products from the production line.
- Review production orders and wrap products according to production requirements.
- Perform minor maintenance on wrapping equipment using hand tools.
- Tally and record production information, including units wrapped, product size, weight, type, and line checks.
- Maintain a clean work area using approved cleaning chemicals.
- Collaborate with all departments to support production demand and maintain product quality standards.
- Report food safety concerns to personnel authorized to initiate corrective action.

Ingredients Required for Your Success

- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
- Understanding of Safety, Food Safety (SQF), and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Ability to work safely around moving equipment and machinery.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced production environment.
- Must be able to work overtime and on weekends as needed.

Physical Requirements

- Being on your feet, walking around the facility, climbing stairs/ladders or kneeling for extended periods of time.
- Performing consistent repetitive tasks.
- Frequently lifting, pushing or carrying materials.
