We are looking for a talented Production Support Associate to join our 1st shift team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in Plainfield, IN.

Mentorship: Instructing and coaching others will foster a collaborative environment and help team members develop their skills.
Operational Excellence: Applying Cummins Operating System (COS) practices and Operations Excellence (OE) methodology will drive performance and efficiency throughout the plant.

Need to have basic MS office knowledge. Needs to be able to create and maintain Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations.
Base Rate: $18.00-$20.84
