Pay: $14+/hr | Bi-Weekly Pay | Flexible Schedule | On-Call Required | Urgently Hiring
Caring Senior Service is hiring experienced Lead Caregivers, CNAs, PCAs, and HHAs for a role that combines hands-on caregiving with leadership and office support.
What You’ll Do
- Provide quality, compassionate care to clients
- Assist with caregiver scheduling and shift coverage
- Support onboarding and training of new caregivers
- Serve as a resource for caregivers in the field
- Assist with calls and day-to-day office coordination
- Help maintain consistent, high-quality client care
- Lead by example with professionalism and reliability
Requirements
- 5+ years of caregiving, CNA, HHA, PCA, or Lead Caregiver experience
- At least 18 years old
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and on-call
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Bilingual skills are a plus
