About this role

Position Title: Trust Officer

Reports To: Trust Manager

General Purpose: Business development, administer trusts, estates, and investment management accounts.

Responsibilities:

- Administer personal trusts, estates, investment management accounts in accordance with terms and provisions of the governing document.

- Ensure that assets are invested according to the Investment Policy Statement and consistent with the purpose of the trust and/or account objective.

- Manage client relationships by providing a high-level of client satisfaction.

- Develops new account relationships through community and professional visibility.

- Engage in client expansion and cross-serving for bank services.

- Actively pursues new business and expands market presence of Isabella Wealth by building and maintaining relationships with clients, bank employees, attorneys, and other centers of influence to generate leads.

- May supervise, coach, train, and mentor other Isabella Wealth staff.

- Responsible for various projects.

- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education/Experience

- Bachelors Degree required in Finance, Accounting, or Business.

- Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) designation or Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation preferred.

- Minimum of 5 years of Trust experience.
