We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to join our North America RMC Solutions team, reporting to the Manager, Alliance Partnerships and RMC Sales. The ideal candidate will have experience building relationships and driving revenue with Tier 1 national and large regional operators. This role owns a named enterprise patch: landing new logos and expanding our footprint inside existing producer accounts, in equal measure. Simply put, we're looking for someone who can open the door at a national producer and then grow it plant by plant, region by region. If we haven't lost you yet, we're probably speaking the same language. So, let's dive into more specifics! We are looking for someone who communicates well, motivates stakeholders, and loves to solve challenges. Our products — SmartMix™ AI mix optimization and MixPilot™ in-transit slump sensing, both powered by Roxi, Giatec's AI engine trained on 300K+ mix designs — change how producers run quality control, so you'll be selling to QC, operations, dispatch, and the C-suite in the same deal. If you're ready to bring your experience to a company on an amazing growth trajectory – and even grander aspirations going forward – we want to talk! While our team prides itself on surpassing customer expectations, executing as part of a high-performance team, and supporting the career growth of champions, we never forget the importance of a healthy work life balance that gives personal priorities as much weight as the job. When you take care of your own, they come back and crush deliverables with creativity, integrity, and passion.

The expected salary range for this role is between  $120,000 -$170,000 . This role represents an existing vacancy within the organization.
