Job Description

Your opportunity
We are looking for a Legal Specialist to join the Legal Team based in Milan. Reporting to the General Counsel, the role focuses primarily on commercial and IT/technology contracts , with exposure to data protection matters in a dynamic, international luxury environment.

How you will contribute

- Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements , with particular focus on IT and technology contracts (SaaS, licensing, software development, outsourcing), in both English and Italian;
- Act as a business partner to internal functions (IT, Digital, Operations, Events, Marketing), providing practical and timely legal advice on contractual and related matters;
- Support the Company's privacy and data protection activities (GDPR compliance, DPAs, NIS2 compliance, privacy notices, internal policies, data processing assessments), working closely with the General Counsel, the Legal team and external privacy advisors;
- Coordinate day-to-day with a junior member of the team on contract review, legal research and documentation;
- Contribute to the drafting and roll-out of internal policies and procedures, including towards subsidiaries;
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments relevant to the business and flag their impact proactively.

Who you are

- Passionate: you love what you do and bring enthusiasm and curiosity to your work.

- Motivated: you are genuinely interested in data protection and willing to develop expertise in this area; prior exposure to GDPR is an advantage but not a requirement.
- Committed: you hold a Law degree and have around 3 years of experience in commercial and/or IT contracts, gained in a law firm or in-house.

- Audacious: you are energetic, resilient, and results-driven. You approach challenges with judgment, intuition, and determination.
- Organized and adaptable: you manage time and priorities effectively.
