Business Continuity Coordinator

NN Insurance Hungary is looking for a talented professional to join NN Hungary’s team as a Business Continuity Coordinator (Part-time 20 hours) . In this position, you will coordinate, advise and provide quality assurance over NN Hungary's Business Continuity Management framework. You will also support first-line BCP Owners in conducting continuity risk assessments, business impact analyses, continuity planning, exercises and remediation activities, while monitoring alignment with regulatory and NN Group requirements.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinates and maintains the BCM framework, methodology and annual BCM cycle in line with regulatory, DORA and NN Group requirements.
- Supports and advises first-line managers and BCP Owners; provides methodological guidance, quality assurance and effective challenge over BCM deliverables.
- Coordinates BCM exercises and combined BC tests, evaluates results, facilitates lessons learned, and monitors remediation, retesting and governance escalation. Develops and coordinates BCM awareness, communication and training activities to ensure that employees and assigned BCM roles understand their business continuity and crisis-related responsibilities
- Coordinates the annual C-BIA and Continuity Risk Assessment, including the review of critical processes, dependencies, recovery objectives, threats and scenarios. Coordinates the creation, annual review and maintenance of Business Continuity Plans in the central BCM tool, and monitors their completeness, quality and timely sign-off.
- Reports on BCM readiness, maturity, material gaps and remediation to the BCM Owner and relevant governance bodies, and escalates material business continuity risks when required. Ensures alignment of BCM with Crisis Management, IT Disaster Recovery, Information Security, suppliers and Group BCM stakeholders, and contributes to Group-wide BCM cooperation

What matters to us:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Continuity, IT Risk Management, or Information Security.
- Experience in developing, maintaining, and testing Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans.
- Knowledge of Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and risk assessment methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
