We are currently seeking an Implementation Specialist specializing in multi-family/residential and commercial real estate software to join our JLL Technologies Implementation team. Our team’s priorities are:

What this job involves

As an Implementation Specialist at JLL Technologies, you will be directly responsible for

·        Onboarding new assignments, data conversion, configuration and data loading

·        System administration including system configuration, security management, maintenance, updates, and technical support.

·        Maintain change management procedures for upgrades, hotfixes, stored procedures, and SQL enhancements and support control compliance

·        Assist with upgrade initiatives, including Yardi hardware and software upgrades, through planning, testing, deployment, and validation.

·        Support development of user training materials and documentation related to new system features, reporting, and operational processes.

·        Stay informed of AI capabilities introduced by application vendors and assess potential operational value.

·        Writing custom reports in both YSR and SQL

Education and experience

·        A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is REQUIRED

·        (5+) years of relevant/professional experience related PREFERRED

·        Yardi Real Estate Software experience including database schema and international/global configurations.  REQUIRED R

·        (3-5+) years of relevant/professional experience related REQUIRED

Expected compensation for this position:

84,600.00 – 122,700.00 USD per year

Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
