INTERNSHIP SCOPE
We’re looking for an OPEX Intern to support continuous improvement initiatives within our manufacturing operations. This is a hands-on opportunity to apply academic knowledge, learn process improvement methodologies, and gain experience working with cross-functional teams.
EXPOSURE TO THE FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.
- Assist with data collection, time studies, and process analysis .
- Help identify waste and improvement opportunities within manufacturing processes.
- Gain practical exposure to DMAIC/PDCA and tools such as Project Charter, Ishikawa, Process Mapping, and Value Stream Mapping.
- Collaborate with different functional teams to support improvement projects.
Requirements
- Student in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Production, Materials Engineering, Process Engineering, or related fields .
- Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement .
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD .
- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a hands-on environment.
- English B1–B2 is a plus .
- Availability to work onsite
