Responsibilities
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow written work instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Comfortable working with small parts and using basic inspection tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and willingness to learn new manufacturing processes.
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, or medical device experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to read and follow written work instructions and procedures.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort working with small components.
- Ability to use inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gage pins preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cleanroom manufacturing environment.
