The Opportunity:

As a Director of Cyber Resiliency, Enablement, and Operations on our team, you will be the strategic right hand to our executive leadership, ensuring that our operational priorities are executed with precision and speed. In addition, you’ll lead the strategic vision for a portfolio of enabling cyber capabilities across the operations, GRC, and architecture and engineering cyber functions. You’ll be the connective tissue between leadership, teams, and stakeholders, translating vision into action, removing roadblocks, and ensuring that sensitive, high-impact projects are delivered flawlessly. Your work will directly influence mission readiness, operational efficiency, and the success of programs that matter on a national scale.

What You'll Work On:

- Serve as a t rus ted advisor to the CISO, driving alignment across operational priorities.
- Oversee the execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring milestones are met and risks are mitigated.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver on high-priority projects, often under tight deadlines.
- Develop and implement operational processes that improve efficiency and decision-making.
- Plan and precisely manage fiscal year labor and non-labor budget s.
- Drive cybersecurity talent and performance management.
- Prepare executive briefings, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, including the board of directors.
- Provide strategic vision and oversight for the cyber education and awareness, exercise, data and analytics, advisory, and PMO teams.
- Act as a liaison between leadership, ensuring clear communication and accountability.

You Have:

- 12+ years of experience operating effectively within and across enterprise functions
- Experience building and managing complex enterprise budget s
- Ability to navigate matrixed structures, influence across functions, and drive alignment at multiple levels of leadership
- Ability to manage complex and multi-stakeholder projects with discretion and precision
- Ability to distill complex information for various audiences
- Ability to manage competing priorities and operate effectively in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
- Ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GED and 18+ years of experience working with functional teams on cybersecurity or IT, or Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of experience working with functional teams on cybersecurity or IT

Nice If You Have:

- Experience preparing Board of Directors and executive-level presentations, briefings, and reporting materials
- Experience translating complex cybersecurity concepts, risks, and performance met rics into clear, concise business narratives
- Experience developing dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and other met rics to support executive decision-making
- Experience with finan cia l, resource, workforce, or portfolio management
- Possession of strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including making data-driven decisions

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $185,700.00 to $345,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
