You'll have...

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.

Experience:

- 5+ years of hands-on shop floor engineering experience.
- 2+ years of data analysis competency using tools such as Minitab and QualityWorX, with a demonstrated ability to analyze large data sets and drive conclusions.
- A minimum of a Six Sigma Green Belt certification is required.

Education: Master's Degree in Applied Science.

Experience:

- Robust background in electrical controls and Programmable Logic Controllers is highly desirable.
Six Sigma Black Belt certification is highly preferred.
- Extensive experience applying lean manufacturing tools, specifically including 5S, Kanban, Poka-yoke, Visual Factory Management, and Value Stream Mapping, is highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience utilizing Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control and Define, Measure, Analyze, Design, Verify (Design for Six Sigma) project methodologies is required.
- Practical experience with Total Quality Management and Kaizen methods, alongside hands-on knowledge of Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, the Production Part Approval Process, and Design of Experiments, is preferred.
- Knowledge and experience in conducting ergonomic analyses is required to ensure workplace safety and efficiency.
- Highly effective written and oral communication skills are essential to collaborate successfully and present technical findings across multidisciplinary teams.

The expected annual salary range for this Ford of Canada position is $ 87,000.00 - $137,000.00 and individuals may be eligible to participate in our Annual Compensation bonus program.

Successful candidates will be required to provide proof of degree completion for the highest level of education attained. If the degree was obtained from a school outside of Canada, an Education Credential Assessment report showing Canadian equivalency is also required.
