Manager/ Senior Manager - Lean Master, Industrial Engineering

We are seeking a
highly accomplished Manager / Senior Manager - Lean Master, Industrial
Engineering to lead the organization's Lean Excellence function and
drive enterprise-wide operational transformation. This role is responsible for
championing Lean methodologies, digitalization initiatives, AI adoption,
capability development, and continuous improvement programs that deliver
measurable and sustainable business results.

The successful
candidate will serve as a strategic change leader, partnering with
cross-functional stakeholders to accelerate productivity, optimize operational
performance, and foster a culture of operational excellence across the
organization.

Your role Key responsibilities in your new role

- Lead enterprise-wide Lean Excellence and
Operational Transformation
initiatives to drive productivity, quality, cost, and delivery
improvements across manufacturing and business operations.

- Champion Lean Six Sigma methodologies , including Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping,
waste elimination, and continuous improvement programs to achieve
sustainable business results.

- Drive digitalization, automation, and AI
adoption to enhance
operational efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and organizational
competitiveness.

- Develop and implement Industrial
Engineering strategies
focused on capacity planning, workforce optimization, process efficiency,
and resource utilization.

- Lead cross-functional transformation
projects and establish
governance frameworks to ensure successful execution and value
realization.

- Build organizational capability by coaching, mentoring, and developing
Lean practitioners through training, certification, and continuous
learning programs.

- Partner with executive leadership teams to align operational excellence
initiatives with strategic business objectives and long-term growth plans.

- Deliver measurable business impact through cost reduction, productivity
improvement, operational efficiency, quality enhancement, and sustainable
performance gains.

Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations
Management, or related discipline.
- Min 10 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Operational Excellence,
or Business Transformation.
- Required Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification  and Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt will be
a great advantage
- Proven track record in enterprise-wide transformation,
digitalization, AI deployment, and continuous improvement leadership .
- Strong people leadership, executive stakeholder management, and
change management capabilities.
- Deep expertise in Lean Six Sigma, Operational Excellence, Industry
4.0, Automation, Data Analytics, and AI-enabled solutions .
- Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and influencing
skills .
- Demonstrated success in delivering sustainable operational and
financial results .
- Candidates with strong relevant competencies, leadership potential, and
a solid foundation in Lean Transformation and Operational Excellence
may be considered for a Manager-level position despite having fewer
years of experience.
