Job Description The Recruiting Coordinator works closely with a team of recruiters in a fast-paced talent acquisition environment. This role is an integral partner in managing end-to-end recruiting activities and building strong candidate relationships, often providing candidates with their first impression of the organization. The Recruiting Coordinator organizes and schedules interviews, maintains accurate recruiting records, and supports hiring managers and candidates throughout the process. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being highly organized, communicating with a variety of stakeholders, adapting quickly to changing priorities, and contributing to the growth of a high-performing recruiting organization. Responsibilities
- Schedule interviews and phone screens, working directly with candidates and hiring managers to coordinate times and logistics.
- Arrange travel for visiting candidates when required, ensuring all details are clearly communicated and documented.
- Update candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems, maintaining accurate and current information.
- Confirm new hires in the recruiting systems and ensure all related documentation is complete and up to date.
- Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates regarding their recruiting status via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
- Track recruiting activities and compile candidate status information in a weekly report for the recruiting team.
- Coordinate post-interview debrief meetings and prepare and distribute debrief materials to interviewers and hiring managers.
- Identify opportunities to improve the candidate experience and enhance scheduling efficiency across the recruiting process.
- Assist with the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed, including administrative support for talent acquisition initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth, organized, and positive recruiting process for all participants.
Essential Skills
- At least 1 year of experience as a recruiting coordinator or in a coordination-focused role supporting recruiting or similar processes.
- Demonstrated experience with scheduling appointments and managing calendars in a professional environment.
- Office and Administrative experience with proven ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing data, documentation, and scheduling.
- Bachelors degree.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.
- Strong oral and written communication skills for interacting with candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing a positive candidate experience.
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external clients and candidates in a professional and courteous manner.

Work Environment This role is based 100% in the office, and the Recruiting Coordinator is expected to work the full 8-hour (M-F, 8-4:30pm) workday on site. The work environment is fast-paced and focused on recruiting operations, with frequent interaction with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates. The position involves extensive use of office productivity tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as recruiting systems for tracking candidates and activities. The coordinator is responsible for arranging their own parking and transportation to and from the office. The setting is a professional office environment that requires appropriate business attire and a polished, customer-focused presence when interacting with candidates and colleagues.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
