How will you fit in the big picture?

With strategic guidance, and executional autonomy this role is centered on innovation, new and improved ways of working, ownership and collaboration of defined spaces. It involves broad level understanding of challenges, requirements and problems to be solved and works to resolve by defining & selecting suitable materials and solutions that enhance product visibility and ease of handling while balancing manufacturing, supplier capabilities and regulations. The position works closely with suppliers and procurement, in addition to other cross-functional stakeholders to lead resolution of complex technical challenges through innovative methods and systems thinking. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Commercial, Supply Chain, Operations, Maintenance, Procurement, and OEMs is vital to deliver packaging solutions that are safe, reliable, cost-efficient, and aligned with business goals and consumer preferences. A strong emphasis is placed on developing sustainable packaging to minimize waste and meet evolving market demands.

What will you do?

Define and Execute Technical Solutions The role organizes and executes technical packaging solutions critical to product and team success. It ensures solutions meet requirements and timelines. This delivers reliable outcomes.

- Ensure Quality and Performance The role ensures quality, scalability, and performance of packaging designs and deliverables. It validates solutions against standards. This maintains packaging excellence.

- Solve Complex Problems The role solves complex packaging engineering problems using creative tools, research, and systems thinking. It analyzes issues and develops solutions. This addresses challenging requirements.

- Introduce New Methods The role introduces new methods or tools to enhance packaging outcomes and team efficiency. It evaluates innovations and recommends adoption. This advances capabilities.

- Collaborate Cross-Functionally The role collaborates with cross-functional partners to deliver integrated solutions. It coordinates on requirements and timelines. This enables effective teamwork.

Minimum Requirements

- 5+ years of Supply Chain experience

- Mentorship - The essence of training and mentoring on the job is transfer of knowledge. The reporting relationship is unimportant since the purpose is to pass on information and experiences. - Product Packaging - The technology of enclosing or protecting products for distribution, storage, sale, and use. Packaging also refers to the process of design, evaluation, and production of packages.

- Materials/Services Knowledge - Knowledge of the products and services required to operate the business, as well as how a particular function, product and/or service relates to that industry.

- Testing Methodologies - Testing Methodologies are the procedures, standards, test cycles, techniques, problem reporting, conventions, and approaches in place in the organization.

- Working Across Organizational Lines - Holding a position that requires understanding the interrelationships among key events by learning how problems fit into the bigger picture and confronting interdepartmental issues. Effectively working and communicating across functional boundaries. Influencing others without authority or direct control.

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $114,480 to $143,100 per year. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of job‑related factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skill set, education, and training. In addition to a market-competitive base salary, our Total Rewards package includes performance‑based incentives and a comprehensive, competitive benefits package designed to support overall physical, mental, and financial well‑being (as applicable).
