Stabil Drill is currently seeking a Full-Time Operations Support Specialist to join our team in Conroe, TX.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Prepare and maintain reports and schedules integral to the key areas of the operation including accounts receivable/payables and QHSE duties.

- Create workorders, review, reconcile, and enter items received into accounting system.

- Assists with projects to improve or maintain facilities, equipment, and property. Including scheduling and coordinating vendors.

- Compiles data and provides various regular and ad hoc reports to management for review and determination, specifically in tool usage, efficiency and productivity.

- May participate in various QHSE audits internal or external.

- Assists in the performance of month-end close process.

- Answer the telephone and/or greet customers, vendors, etc. in a courteous and professional manner and direct to the required department or person as needed.

- May coordinate travel, draft correspondence, organize events and meetings as needed.

- Purchase inventory of office equipment/supplies.

- File and retrieve organizational documents, records and reports.

Education/Experience:

- High school diploma or equivalent general education degree (GED) required.

- Minimum of 2 to 5 years' experience in related field.

- Equivalent combination of experience and/or training.

Skills Required:

- Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally

- Must possess strong interpersonal skills and professional phone and greeting etiquette

- Knowledge and ability to use multi-line phone and paging system

- Knowledge and ability to operate general office equipment including fax, copier, computer

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook

- Accurately complete/maintain necessary reports/records in a timely and legible manner, in accordance with applicable procedures and/or work order.
