About this role
CS-Connect is Cedars-Sinai’s virtual care program , launched in 2023 to expand access to primary and urgent care. It is designed to give patients convenient access to Cedars-Sinai clinicians without requiring an in-person clinic visit.
CS-Connect is looking for full-time Primary Care Physicians who will deliver fully remote, video-based, comprehensive clinical care encompassing preventive care, sick visits, and chronic condition management. The ideal candidate must be licensed in CA , have a board certification in Family Medicine , and be comfortable practicing the full spectrum of primary care, including pediatrics and mental health. Work from the comfort of your home and deliver care to those who need it the most. Our virtual clinic is fully supported 24/7 by a dedicated team of Care Concierge, Clinical Operations, and technical support staff, which helps significantly reduce your administrative burden.
- Qualifications:
MD or DO from an accredited institution.
- Board Certified in Family Medicine.
- 3+ years of post-residency work experience
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an in-person primary care setting
- Must have an active CA state medical license
- Must have prior experience with EPIC EMR
- Willing to commit 40 hours per week, 36 clinical hours
- Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.

Our compensation philosophy: We offer a competitive total compensation and benefits package to our physicians. The total pay range shown takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including knowledge/skills; relevant experience and training; education/certifications/licensure; and other business and organizational factors. This total pay range includes incentive payments that may be applicable to this role.
Pay Range: $265,000- $350,000 Total Cash Compensation.
