Warehouse Helpers (2 Openings)
Location: Santa Fe Springs, CA
Position Type: Full-Time, Temporary to Hire
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 1:30 PM – 9:30 PM (Must be open to daily OT & occasional Saturday OT)
Pay Rate: $22.00 – $24.00/hour (DOE)
About the Role
PrideStaff is currently hiring 2 dedicated Warehouse Helpers for an established client in Santa Fe Springs CA. We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented team players who are looking for a long-term home and an opportunity to grow within a dynamic facility.
Key Responsibilities
Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pull, and prepare customer shipments using order sheets or inventory lists.
Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe work area through general housekeeping, sweeping, and trash removal.
Dock Support: Keep dock areas clear, organized, and free of hazards.
General Support: Assist with various warehouse tasks and inventory support as needed.
### Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 1 year of recent warehouse experience, including order pulling or inventory handling. Lifting to 50 lbs without assistance.
Equipment & Attire: Must have steel-toed or composite safety boots. Jeans are acceptable; no shorts permitted.
Forklift Skills: Forklift experience is a strong plus.
Key Traits: High attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to grow within the company. Continued education or vocational training is a plus!
Screening: Must be willing to submit to a background check prior to starting the position
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $22.00 - $24.00 Per Hour
