Overall Purpose

The Director, Sales Enablement has an exciting opportunity to build a world-class Sales Enablement team and practice for the Partnerships (Sales) organization at a pivotal stage of growth. As Paze gains momentum as an emerging payments brand and our Sales team expands, this leader will build the team and establish the strategy, operating model, best-practice disciplines, capabilities, tools, governance, and measurement needed to scale—strengthening seller readiness, elevating field execution, and driving business performance.

This leader will turn go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and business priorities into engaging seller experiences, high-impact programs, practical content and tools, and role-based learning that helps our teams sell with confidence and deliver against business objectives. Initially focused on establishing and refining the enablement model for Paze, the Director will create a strong foundation that can scale across additional businesses and Sales teams. Equal parts strategic leader and hands-on builder, this person will drive momentum, bring disciplined prioritization and cross-functional influence, and instill a continuous-improvement mindset into the team.
