SynergenX | Low T Center is looking for a Float Medical Assistant who brings energy, positivity, flexibility, and a great attitude wherever they go.

As a Float MA, you'll support multiple Nashville-area clinics, work alongside different teams and providers, meet new patients, and help keep the day running smoothly.

We're not looking for a perfect resume. We're looking for the right personality, work ethic, and willingness to learn.

No MA Certification Required

You don't have to check every box before you apply. We provide 2 full weeks of paid, hands-on training to help you learn our processes and build confidence in the role.

What You'll Do

You'll help create a positive patient experience while supporting our providers and clinic teams.

Depending on the day and location, you may:

- Welcome patients and create a friendly, comfortable experience
- Take manual patient vitals
- Perform routine blood draws and venipuncture
- Administer IM and subcutaneous injections as directed by the provider
- Prepare and process laboratory testing
- Maintain lab equipment and documentation
- Complete quality control documentation
- Assist with inventory and ordering
- Support front desk duties when needed
- Work alongside providers and other clinic team members
- Help maintain smooth patient flow
- Jump in wherever you're needed to keep the clinic moving
- Help make every patient interaction a positive one

Minimum Qualifications

- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 3 months of relevant medical experience OR documented completion of 180 externship hours
- MA or Phlebotomy certification preferred, but not required
- Phlebotomy experience preferred
- Ability to perform venipuncture and IM/subcutaneous injections preferred
- Must successfully pass a background check

This Is a Float Role — Flexibility Matters

As a Float Medical Assistant, you'll support our Nashville-area clinics based on business needs.

You must be willing and able to travel between:

- Franklin
- Hendersonville
- Murfreesboro

Clinic Hours

- Monday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Tuesday: 8:00 AM–7:00 PM
- Wednesday: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM
- Thursday: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM

2–3 Saturdays per month are required. When you work a Saturday, you'll receive a weekday off.
