What You’ll Do

As a caregiver, you will work one-on-one with seniors in their homes and help them maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities may include:

- Providing companionship and social interaction
- Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
- Helping with walking, mobility, positioning, and transfers
- Providing toileting and incontinence assistance
- Preparing meals and assisting with eating
- Providing medication reminders
- Completing light housekeeping and laundry
- Assisting with errands and transportation
- Accompanying clients to appointments
- Observing and reporting changes in a client's condition
- Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment
- Protecting each client's privacy, dignity, and independence
- Communicating with clients, families, and the Caring Senior Service team
- Documenting care provided during each shift

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for caregivers who are compassionate, dependable, professional, and ready to make a difference.

Requirements:

- At least 1 year of caregiving experience
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check
- Dependable attendance and professional communication

CNA, HHA, and PCA experience is welcomed but not required for every position. Additional training is available.

Experience in home care, senior care, assisted living, memory care, dementia care, hospice, nursing homes, rehabilitation facilities, or private-duty caregiving is especially valuable.
