We’re hiring compassionate Caregivers and CNAs!
Become part of Caring Senior Service of McAllen , where caregivers play an essential role in everything we do. We’re seeking reliable and caring professionals to provide in-home support to seniors in Harlingen, San Benito, and nearby communities .
Flexible scheduling is available: day, night, weekend, and PRN shifts, including 4, 8, and 12-hour options.
Pay range: $9–$12/hour , based on experience, shift assignment, and client needs.

What You’ll Do:
- Assist with personal care , including bathing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Provide companionship through conversation, activities, and daily interaction
- Help with light housekeeping , meal preparation, and laundry
- Assist with errands and provide transportation to appointments when needed
- Observe changes in a client’s condition and communicate updates to the care team
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1 year of professional or personal caregiving experience (CNA preferred)
- Valid driver’s license, dependable transportation, and proof of automobile insurance
- Ability to successfully complete a background check
- Compassionate, reliable, and patient approach to caregiving
- Ability to read and write in English
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply!
