About this role

Front Desk Receptionist:
We are seeking a professional and dependable Front Desk Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to serve as the first point of contact for our corporate office. This position will be responsible for creating a welcoming and professional experience for employees, visitors, and callers while also providing light administrative and HR support to the office.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, a professional presence, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Greet and welcome employees, visitors, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
Answer, screen, and route incoming telephone calls and take messages as appropriate.
Monitor the front desk and visitor access in accordance with company security procedures.
Maintain visitor sign-in procedures and notify appropriate employees when guests arrive.
Manage conference room calendars and assist with scheduling and preparing meeting spaces.
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.
Provide general administrative support to the HR and corporate office teams, including data entry, filing, scanning, copying, and maintaining records.
Assist with basic HR administrative tasks such as preparing new hire materials, maintaining employee files, coordinating employee communications, and other administrative support as needed.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding administrative tasks as directed by HR.
Maintain confidentiality when handling employee, company, and other sensitive information.
Assist with office supply management and coordinate routine office needs.
Provide general support to employees and management and assist with special projects as needed.
Perform other administrative and clerical duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
1+ year of experience in reception, customer service, administrative support, or a similar role preferred.
Professional, polished, and welcoming demeanor with excellent interpersonal and phone etiquette skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently in a professional corporate environment.
Previous HR or office administrative experience is a plus but not required.

Hours Required:
Average 40 hour work week
